Currently, I am conducting a Phase I environmental site assessment for the below property:

  • 2402 Sacramento Street, Vallejo, CA 94589 (APN #: 0051020470)

As part of the assessment, I would like to review any and all Fire Department records you have for the above-referenced property pertaining to, but not limited to the following:

  • Current or historical use of hazardous materials and/or hazardous waste; underground/aboveground storage tanks; clarifiers/sumps;
  • Violations, Incidences or Notices to Comply;
  • Investigative or remedial reports; and
  • Inspection Reports (annual)
