Pursuant to the California Records Act (Govt. Code 6250-6270), I would like to request copies of the following records:

Any and all incident/arrest reports related to the traffic stop and arrest of Deyana Jenkins  on April 16, 2019.
Any and all body camera video from officers involved in the traffic stop and arrest of Deyana Jenkins  on April 16, 2019.

 

If you determine that any or all or the information is exempt from disclosure, I request that: (1) you exercise your discretion to disclose some or all of the records notwithstanding the exemption; and (2) that, with respect to records containing both exempt and non-exempt content, you redact the exempt content and disclose the rest.

Please provide the information in an electronic format where possible. If there is too much information for email, please use a CD or DVD. Please inform me of the total charges above $15.00, incurred for making copies, in advance of fulfilling my request.

I look forward to receiving your response within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
