Please consider this to be a request for copies of records under the auspices and protections of the California Public Records Act for any and all records, images, photographs, pictures, representations, depictions, reproductions and/or notes associated with the letter, and/or letters sent by the City of Vallejo to property owners purporting to inform said property owners that they would be responsible for the care and maintenance of City trees adjacent to the owners property. Or words to that effect.
