I need to request records from the City that cover the purchase and sale of approximately 93 street light fixtures and poles that was completed with PG&E in/around March of 1993.  We are requesting documents covering the purchase of the street light system, agreements, council documents, and any court filings for eminent domain, if it was used.  The result of this transaction made it possible for the City to own and maintain its own street light system and no longer lease or have any remaining street lights within the City on City roads owned or maintained by PG&E.
