We have provided records responsive to your request.There are no records of any Activity Use Limitations (AULs) in connection with the subject property.  I have attached a PDF of a preliminary title report for reference.  The City is currently reviewing a self-storage project proposed for the subject property.  General Plan 2040 designates the subject property as Business/Limited Residential (B/LR).  The B/LR designation is implemented by the subject property's interim zoning designation of Linear Commercial (CL) District.  There are currently no open zoning violations on file with the City's Planning Division.
