On March 16, 2020 the City Council declared a local emergency in response to the global COVID-19 outbreak. The City has sent employees home over concerns of the spread of COVID-19 and City operations have been interrupted. Due to these emergency circumstances, the City's response to your Public Records Act request may be delayed. We expect to address your PRA request when normal business operations resume.
