Officially Receiving PRA Request

I have received your request for a public record. You have requested the following materials:  historic building permits/permit history and hazardous materials records for 900 Fairgrounds Drive.

The California Public Records Act, Government Code §6250, et seq., gives you the right to obtain a copy of identifiable public records. Government Code §6256 provides that the City has up to 10 days after receipt of your request to determine whether to comply with your request and shall immediately notify you of this determination and the reasons therefore.

Please note: 

On March 16, 2020 the City Council declared a local emergency in response to the global COVID-19 outbreak. The City has sent employees home over concerns of the spread of COVID-19 and City operations have been interrupted. Due to these emergency circumstances, the City’s response to your Public Records Act request may be delayed. We expect to address your PRA request when normal business operations resume. Thank you for your patience in these unprecedented times.
