Request #20-279

Dear Public Records Officer:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Government Code Section 6250 et seq., I hereby request the following records.

- The most recent completed ADA transition plan and self-evaluation, along with any appendices.

I am requesting these records in an electronic, machine-readable format.

I am requesting these all of these records be provided to me in an electronic format.

If you determine that some of these records are exempt from disclosure and decide to withhold them, I am requesting that you redact the exempt portions and provide me with all non-exempt portions of the records, in accordance with Cal. I am additionally requesting a waiver from any fees, as I am making this request in the public interest and for non-commercial purposes. If there are any fees associated with this request, please notify me in advance.

I look forward to hearing from you within 10 days. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me at, at, or at 614-562-4120.

We are not disclosing documents that are preliminary drafts, pursuant to Government Code Section 6254 (a), because there is a public interest in withholding, which is to prevent disruption of finalizing the plan, that clearly outweighs the public interest in disclosure.
