I, Nia Williams, am requesting to be able to obtain copies and/or given copies of 911 recordings that are public records that have recordings of 911 calls that were placed on the day that my father, Ned Williams, was in need of medical attention and was rushed to the hospital.  He is now deceased and I am his next of kin and listed on his death certificate as his surviving relative.  The phone calls to 911 were placed on October 4, 2019, at approximately 7:37 pm, 7:44 pm, and 7:45 pm.

The information you seek is exempt from public disclosure pursuant to Government Code § 6254(f). Any request for audio, video, or photos can be attained through a subpoena and provided to our Discovery Unit.  Should you have any further questions, you may contact them at VPD.Discovery@cityofvallejo.net.
